The Daisy Pillow is pure 60’s flower power happiness!  Don’t let the unconventional shape fool you.  With its rhythmic increases and decreases, the Daisy Pillow is very beginner friendly.  and/or is worked in the round to create a cute little bloom that will brighten your home year-round.  No watering required!

Pattern details:

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate Knitter

Needle Size:

for magic loop (or shorter if desired)

Size US 15 (10 mm) double-pointed needles (optional - if you use the magic loop technique then you will not need these)

Size US M-13 (9 mm) crochet hook for seaming your pillow sides together 

Adjust needle / hook sizes as necessary to match gauge. Note that if you adjust your needle size, the crochet hook should be approx. 1 mm smaller than the knitting needle when gauge is met. 

Finished Measurements: 

18” / 46 cm diameter 

Gauge:  

9 sts and 13 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch worked flat, unblocked

Materials:

Main Color (MC petals):  2 skeins of or (100% Wool, approx 100 yds / 200 g)

Contrast Color (CC center):  1 skein of or (100% Wool, approx 100 yds / 200 g)
